Climate

I hate to use the term "Global Warming", but that's what people have come to call climate change issues.

I remember in the 1970s, reading articles about the impending world wide cold era. One suggestion was that we collect soot to spread over the polar regions to capture more of the sun's energy to help heat the earth. We were told if we didn't do that, the world would enter another ice age and that would end civilization as we know it.

Now we are hearing EXACTLY the same predictions of doom, except they are talking about "global warming"!!! If they were so wrong only 30 years ago, why should we believe them now? Is Al Gore a true prophet trying to warn us against our self created doom or is he just another Chicken Little, getting rich on our fears?

Research Funding

It has dawned on me that if people are using fear to get research funding, they are ok. If people accept funding to refute "global warming", they are somehow dishonest. I need to tabulate these groups and funding sources. Follow the money.
